As a general rule, the purchased data will be displayed immediately on your personal page once the transaction has been completed. (*Excluding pre-orders and made-to-order items)

Regular Items
In general, orders will be shipped within 14 days.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
The items will be sent to your registered address during the shipping period indicated on the product purchase page.

Please note that items can only be delivered to locations within Japan, the United States, and Canada (limited to EMS delivery regions.)

Please also be aware that delivery of goods may be delayed in the following cases:
- Backlog due to a large number of orders all at once
- Natural disasters and other unavoidable circumstances

Returns & Cancellations
The shop reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund in the event that the production or manufacturing of a product becomes difficult due to earthquake, fire, or other unavoidable circumstances. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Once payment has been confirmed, the customer cannot cancel, exchange, or return a purchased item for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item etc.) Please make doubly sure that you are happy with your order before completing your purchase.

Defective Items
Exchanges or returns will be accepted at our expense for items damaged or spoiled during shipping, incorrectly shipped items for which we are responsible, and initial defects. Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. After you have contacted us, we will review the quality of the product, and if it is clearly determined to be defective, we will guide you through a replacement or return on your purchase. However, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.

*Refunds may be issued depending on inventory status. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Return Period
Please any inquiries not sent via the Contact Us page within the 8-day period following receipt of the item will not be accepted, and no exchanges or returns will be issued even for defective items.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges and Returns
The company will bear the cost only if the product is damaged, soiled, or contains an initial defect prior to being delivered to the customer.

Redelivery
In the event that an item cannot be delivered due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or incomplete address is returned to our shop, the item will be held for 30 days from the time of shipment. If you contact us within this period, the item can be shipped again, so be sure to send us a message via the Contact Us page. Please be aware that the shipping fees for redelivery of the item is the responsibility of the customer, so follow the instructions of the shop to pay these and have your item resent to you.
Be aware that no refunds will be issued in the event that the customer did not observe instructions correctly or refused receipt of the item.
